Payment Options
Installed Products:
All products ordered which are to be installed on site are subject to a 20% deposit of the total order value. The remaining balance is to be paid on completion.
When an order is placed online for a product to be installed on site, we will contact you to confirm the order and to arrange a suitable installation date. Once you have confirmed the order and the installation date has been agreed, we will then request payment for a 20% deposit of the total order value.
All Other Products:
For all other products purchased, we will require full payment prior to delivery. Again we will contact you with a delivery date and confirm the order prior to payment.
Types Of Payment Accepted:
- Cash
Cash payments can be accepted on all installed products and other products that are delivered using our own delivery vehicle and driver. - Debit and Credit Cards
We accept most major debit and credit cards. There are no surcharges for using your debit or credit card to make a purchase. You can use your debit\credit card to: Make a secure online payment to order your goods online via our secure server and shopping basket. Alternatively you can place your order over the telephone by calling 0845 3700 445 (Low Call) Monday to Friday - 9.00am until 5.30pm (excluding bank holidays) Or fax your order directly to our sales department on 0845 3700 446 (Low Call). Please be sure to provide your exact billing address, telephone number, e-mail address and card details. - Personal, Business, Bankers Drafts and Building Society Cheques
Please make all cheques payable The African Thatch Company Ltd. Please Note: All cheques must be cleared at our bank prior to the shipment of goods. - BACS Payments and Direct Bank Deposits
We also accept payments via BACS transfer or direct bank deposits. Please contact our sales office for our business bank account details. - Educational\Governmental Purchase Orders
We accept all official purchase orders from educational and governmental organisations located in the UK.
