All products ordered which are to be installed on site are subject to a 50% deposit of the total order value. The remaining balance is to be paid on completion.
When an order is placed online for a product to be delivered to site, we will contact you to confirm the order and to arrange a suitable dlivery date. Once you have confirmed the order and the delivry date has been agreed, we will then request payment for a 50% deposit of the total order value.
For all other products purchased, we will require full payment prior to manufacture. Again we will contact you with a delivery date and confirm the order prior to payment.
Types Of Payment Accepted
Cash payments can be accepted on all products that are delivered using our own delivery vehicles and drivers.
Debit and Credit Cards
We accept most major debit and credit cards. There are no surcharges for using your debit or credit card to make a purchase.

Personal & Business Cheques
Please make all cheques payable to The African Thatch Company Ltd. All cheques must be cleared at our bank prior to shipment of goods.
BACS Payments and Direct Bank Deposits
We also accept payments via BACS transfer or direct bank deposits. Please contact our sales office for our business bank account details.

We accept all official purchase orders from educational and governmental organisations located in the UK.
